Welcome to Moxie Spectrum Psychology
Moxie Spectrum is a service brand of Gouge Psychological Services, LLC owned and operated by Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Natasha Gouge, PhD.
Moxie Spectrum offers comprehensive psychological assessment services to adolescents and adults from the comfort and convenience of their own home, with a targeted focus on neurodivergence.
Licensed in 40+ states across the US, Dr. Gouge uses cutting edge technology and specialized training to provide expert telehealth assessment services, prioritizing post-pandemic norms* and best practices in testing administration, privacy, and security.
*Post-pandemic norms refers to data and behaviors that have been studied and established post-pandemic, taking into account disruptions to education, lockdown effects, social distancing, increased baseline anxiety rates, and a burst of unprecedented online communities (for connection, work, and school) impacting the psychology and development of one’s overall functioning. This information improves testing and diagnostic accuracy as the world we live in has changed since data collection from pre-pandemic assessment samples.
Dr. Gouge (pronounced “gooj”) has an award-winning assessment practice history and has specialty training in developmental psychology, pediatrics, developmental disabilities, neurodiversity, and neuro-affirming evidence-based practice - including gender inclusive care, trans-affirmative clinical practice, and working with high masking individuals.
Dr. Gouge has been fully licensed as a Clinical Psychologist since 2014, providing therapy and assessment services to children and adults across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including hospitals, primary care practices, and traditional mental health clinics. She provides clinical supervision to other mental health professionals in both therapy and assessment, in addition to having served in various professor roles in both psychology and psychiatry programs.
Post-pandemic, Dr. Gouge expanded her assessment competencies to include expertise in providing evidence-based telehealth evaluations and prioritizing measures with post-pandemic norms. She employs a contextual and systems-based approach to her clinical work. In other words, your lived experience and the systems you exist within matter.
Dr. Gouge values diversity, equity, inclusion, justice, access, and advocacy.
